        Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or security boxes.
        It is also unfortunately not possible to ship to freight forwarders or hotels.

  • Does my parcel require a signature upon delivery?
        A signature is required upon receipt of your package.

  • Can I return the item?
       Yes, within 22 days.
       Please do not remove the blue protective foil if you intend to return the cover.

        After inspecting the condition (unused / no signs if wear, original tags and labels attached), we will give you a full refund.
       The refund will be made onto the same payment method used for the original purchase.

       Please allow 5-7 business days for the return process.
       You will receive a confirmation email when complete.
       Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

  • Are the accessories sold separately?
  All accessories [magnetic wall mount, backgrounds, storage bag ... ] are available for you, if you also have a protection cover in your shopping cart ;-)
